A header that adapts instead of wrapping

Ten links, a language switcher and a sign in button do not fit on one row on a laptop with the browser at half width, and wrapping pushed the sign in button onto a line of its own.

The bar measures itself now. When the row does not fit, the least used links (blog, about, versions, privacy, terms) slide into a menu behind a single button and the row stays put. Widen the window and they come back.

The measurement also runs after a language change and once the fonts have settled, because both change how wide the row needs to be.
